Recently, Well HEI 98G H2-6, which drilling fluid technology service was provided by DSY, was successfully completed.

Well HEI 98G H2-6 is located in Qian'an County, Songyuan City, Jilin Province. It is a long horizontal well in tight oil project of Jilin Oilfield. The designed well depth is 4481m, the designed horizontal section length is 2000m, the actual drilling depth is 4523m, and the actual horizontal section length is 2003m, and the actual displacement is 2403m. Through the optimization of drilling fluid additives and the optimization of drilling fluid system formula and properties, the technical problems such as water cut of water injection layer, solid pollution of argillaceous siltstone in horizontal section and friction control under extreme conditions have been successfully solved in the drilling fluid construction of this well. Well HEI 98G H2-6 has the shortest drilling period of the same type wells in the same block, and the completion operations such as single centralizer drifting, double centralizers drifting and casing running were successfully completed, providing a feasible technical scheme for drilling fluid technology of tight oil horizontal wells in Jilin Oilfield.

In the well construction, the company's self-produced drilling additives such as nano silica NS-1, anhydrous polyalcohol POLYOL, high-density drilling fluid extreme pressure lubricant HEP-1 and other products have achieved good application effect, providing valuable application data for product development and market promotion.
